Diana Allocco is a nurse practitioner who specializes in occupational health. She cares for patients with injuries or illnesses acquired in the workplace. Seeing her role as a privilege, she helps UCSF colleagues navigate the workers' compensation claim process and helps patients recover their health and abilities to function. She also conducts pre-employment physical exams and evaluations for patients who are preparing to return to work.

Allocco earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Mary Washington. She earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree in nursing from the George Mason University School of Nursing.
