Dr. 朱利叶斯 Oatts is an ophthalmologist who cares for children with all types of eye conditions, including glaucoma and disorders of the anterior segment, 包括虹膜和晶状体吗.

Oatts' research focuses on pediatric glaucoma. He has previously conducted studies on an eye cancer called retinoblastoma. Other past studies involved using multiple methods to assess patients with conditions of the cornea.

After earning his medical degree and a master of health science at Yale School of Medicine, Oatts completed a residency in ophthalmology at UCSF. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at Harvard Medical School/Boston Children's Hospital.

Oatts belongs to the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, 美国眼科学会, 儿童眼病研究小组, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, 弗雷德里克C. Cordes Eye Society, an association of UCSF alumni.
